MyInternetTrading Tool

The MyInternetTrading Tool is a small piece of software that you can install on your computer (as many computers as you want) which you then use to control your e-shop and manage your orders. This allows you to make changes to products and prices instantly without any technical know how.

Customer invoices and dispatch notes can be produced in PDF format and e-mailed to customers if required using simple templates. Sales data can be downloaded in a format suitable for importing into accounts packages such as Sage or Quickbooks or simple reports can be printed out if accounts software is not in use.

Stock levels can be maintained and if required shown to customers. Sales automaticaly adjust stock levels appropriately and stock reports can be viewed and printed.

digiApps Suite Integration

For customers that license digiApps Small Business CRM all customers that sign up and all orders that are placed are automatically recorded in the CRM system so that you can profile and anaylse your customers and their orders. Additionaly when existing customers access their "My Account" section of your e-shop they will be able to update their contact details directly in your CRM so that your details are up to date.

For customers that license digiApps Smart Marketing functionality will become available in the Marketing application that allows e-mail, print and direct mail collatoral to be produced using data and images from the e-shops cataloge and also the ability to issue personalised vouchers which can then be used in the shop for either reduced prices on specific items or overall discount/money off.
