How Remote Network Support Works
Digital Evolutions provides a fully managed remote IT support service. On sign up
we perform a free network audit and produce a report on IT use within the business.
This detailed report will cover any critical issues that need immediate redress and
also a strategic plan for the future. You can download an example
report from the technical details section at the foot of this page.
Depending on the service level chosen Digital Evolutions will configure one of two
remote access technologies free of charge which will enable Digital Evolutions staff
to access your computers remotely to enable us to both respond to your assistance
requests and to perform routine maintenance and security work. This allows
us to work with you as if we were located in your office.
All you have to do is sit back safe in the knowledge that we are taking care of the
security and performance of your network and are on hand any time you need assistance
or have technical issues.
Service Levels
We have three pre-defined services levels providing "Essential", "Standard" and "Professional"
cover. These packages are roughly aimed at;
- Essentials : Companies with less than 5 computers and optionally a server
- Standard: Companies with up to 20 computers and 1 or more servers
- Professional : Companies with up to 50 computers and multiple servers
However this is really only a guide and depending on your circumstances and requirements a custom package may be more suitable

Site Visits vs. Remote Access
From time to time we will need to visit your offices and for some packages this in not included as we achieve the low price
point for our network management service by working remotely. If you require on site presence on a regular basis we are happy to
arrange this by means of a custom arrangement and will work with you to find the best balance of cost and requirements.
