free of charge before compiling a compressive report detailing our
recommendations. We feel that this is the best way to hit the ground

Our Approach
We use several different technologies which allow us to share your
computer screens remotely as well as your servers, printers and other equipment.
We are also fully experienced in talking people through configuration on the
phone for devices such as Blackberry’s, iPhones and Android based phones
which cannot be remotely managed. Remote access allows us to offer a very
fast turnaround on issues without visiting your site.
If you prefer to have an engineer on site or you have a job that can’t be
done remotely then one of our engineers will visit. We’re all friendly
down to earth people and won’t blind you with technical jargon as there’s just
no point in us putting in a fleeting appearance and leaving without you being
clear what we have done and being confident that we have fully resolved your
issue.
Proactive Monitoring & Service
As part of our service our engineers will check the health of your network
regularly and keep a detailed audit trail of these checks. This allows us
to deliver the highest levels of uptime for you as well as being sure to
notice any issues that may be brewing before they occur.
We also have in house systems which ensure all of our customers systems are
monitored 24x7 so that we are instantly aware of any critical issues which occur
whatever time of the day. These systems also allow us to monitor the
capacity and performance of your infrastructure so that we can assist you in
upgrading when necessary before lack of capacity impacts your business.
Unlike some companies we understand that support work often needs to be
undertaken outside of office hours and will always endeavour to arrange suitable
time.
